1.The term user refers to anyone who browses or navigates through the website www.wealthmate.in or domains hosted within this website.
2. Wealthmate is a financial services brand owned and promoted by Ashwani Tiwari from
# 42,4th Floor City Square Building,Civil lines, Jalandhar-144001,Punjab,India.
3.The usage of the word Wealthmate on this page explicitly implies Ashwani Tiwari and all concerned members and employees.
4.All content present on this site is exclusive property of Wealthmate. All software, codes, images, graphics ,audio & video files belong to Wealthmate. All designs,logos, finance articles & investor portfolio’s are proprietary to Wealthmate. Any copying, modification, reproduction or transmission of any material from this website without prior written permission is unauthorized and may attract criminal or civil penalties as applicable under constitution of India.
5. Wealthmate may change or discontinue any aspect of its website at any time, including, its content or features. Wealthmate reserves the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to use of the Site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice, which shall be placed on the Site. Wealthmate also reserves the right to permanently discontinue the website at its discretion without informing its users, but as a matter of best professional practices we would try to inform all users unless the circumstances are beyond our control.

Privacy Policy
1.The User’s right to privacy is of paramount importance to Wealthmate. Any information provided by the User will not be shared with any third party. Wealthmate reserves the right to use the information to provide the User a more personalized online experience.
2. In general, you can visit www.wealthmate.in without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when we may need information from you.
3. Wealthmate does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
i.We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Wealthmate under extremely strict confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Wealthmate communicate with you about offers from Wealthmate and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
ii.Unless required by court of law we do not reveal any information pertaining to the user or your usage data.
4.We do no not block access to users of any age as we expect that financial planning has to be integral part of one’s life and in our endeavour to spread its awareness, users may need to go through articles/knowledge centre published on this website. But we believe that users under 15 years of age would have permission from their parents/guardian before using any information published on this website. Any user wishing to exit our mailing lists may do so through our unsubscribe policy under mailers . Any incorrect data may be reported to us for correction. Wealthmate does not take any responsibility of correctness and safety of the user data. But we would take due care to maintain the safety and integrity of data.

2. Mailers : We have a standard unsubscribe policy for users who want to opt out of regular mailers and emails. We respect privacy of users and honour their intent whenever communicated to us. We always carry this policy below our emails and request the physical mail users to communicate their intent to unsubscribe through an email or phone call for exiting our mailing lists.

All emails received by Wealthmate, are subject to spam check. Any email identified as spam will be rejected with sufficient information to the Sender for taking necessary action. With this measure, along with other technical spam reduction measures, Wealthmate hopes to minimize the effect of spam emails. Wealthmate reserves the right to reject and/or report any suspicious spam emails, to the authorities concerned, for necessary action, from time to time. Also we request you to ensure that domain wealthmate.in is in your safe senders list so that any communication from our end reaches you safely.
4.Other technologies : Wealthmate uses various technologies like CGI, Javascript, Macromedia Flash, Acrobat etc. which may require third party downloads for seamless browsing experience of the website. Wealthmate in no way takes any responsibility of any downloads which may result in damage of software, hardware or downtime of user computer, handheld etc. Although we would take due care to put up links for third party downloads so that users have access to genuine websites and softwares. Also it may be noted that any downloads may be subject to terms and conditions laid by the third party software providers.
Terms of use for online access of portfolio
1.Only registered investors of Wealthmate are entitled to use this service.
2. Registered investors are defined as the ones who are clients of Ashwani Tiwari, his partners or affiliates.
3.Registered investors are provided with an Investor ID and password which authorises their access to the portfolio section on the www.wealthmate.in . Any user or visitor who tries to access this section without explicit permission from Wealthmate would be guilty of breaching the security, Wealthmate or its affiliate partners may take a legal recourse against such user as per Indian laws.
4.We however understand that in due course of time, registered investors may forget/loose the Investor ID and/or password. In such cases the authorised user may communicate with Wealthmate to enable their online access or to retrieve their lost Investor ID or password.
5.The registered investors who access their portfolio’s on www.wealthmate.in are warned that although adequate care has been taken to ensure the safety of the data in their portfolio’s. Wealthmate or its affiliates in no way guarantee that the data relating to their portfolio’s is fully secure. As technologies are ever evolving so is the breach of security attempts by hackers, crackers and malafide users. Wealthmate tries to protect its users by opting for safest technologies but it in no way can fully safeguard against such breach of security attempts.
6.Wealthmate will ensure that all its registered investors are informed about the online access policy when it communicates the Investor ID and password to the user. Such users would be requested to read the policy online before accessing there portfolio’s but any investor who accesses his portfolio without reading the online access policy would be deemed to have gone through the policy. Wealthmate or its affiliates can in no way be held responsible for any damage tangible or intangible arising to the investor from this lapse.
7.Wealthmate respects intent of its client.  Any investor who does not wish to access his portfolio online may communicate the same to Wealthmate through email, mail or phone call. Wealthmate would take adequate steps to ensure the client intent is met in a reasonable amount of time.
8. Wealthmate would try to ensure that its registered investor has online access 24X7 throughout but updations, additions and deletions are sole right of Wealthmate. Wealthmate in no way guarantees that data is fully updated. Also the website may close for occasional updations and maintenance. Wealthmate also reserves the right to permanently close the online access of portfolio at its discretion without assigning any reason. But due care would be taken to ensure that registered investors are communicated the same in advance.
9.Investors are requested to confirm the accuracy of data at their end. Any inaccuracies may be communicated to us and we would try to ensure that corrections are made in reasonable time. Wealthmate does not hold any responsibility for actions or decisions taken by their investors on the basis of data or information published on this website or under its online portfolio access section outsourced to third party service providers.
10.Any transactions executed by clients of Wealthmate through online access, limited power of attorney(POA) or offline requests are sole responsibility of client. Wealthmate would try to ensure that transactions get executed hassle free but in no way guarantees success of such transactions. Also Wealthmate does not take any responsibility for failure of such transactions.
11.We strongly advise all our existing as well as prospective clients to consult us before taking any decisions on the basis of data or information published on this website.
